NCL begins to build their newest mega-ship

Norwegian Cruise Lines held a ceremony in France to celebrate the beginning of their newest ship, the first of the F3 series ships for NCL.  The ship is scheduled to be completed in 2010.  It will carry 4200 passengers and all outside staterooms will have balconies.  This series of ships will have 60% more passenger space than any other NCL ship in service today.
